The selected candidate will work directly with children under professional guidance and implement structured, individualised intervention programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one therapy sessions under supervision.
- Implement individualised intervention and skill-development programmes.
- Follow assigned teaching and behaviour-support strategies.
- Collect and maintain accurate session data.
- Prepare learning materials and session activities.
- Observe and document the child’s responses and progress.
- Communicate relevant observations to supervisors.
- Participate in training, case discussions and feedback sessions.

Job Overview
Happy to Learn Autism is looking for an organised, responsible, and dependable Office Administrator to join our team in Kolkata. The selected candidate will manage daily schedules, session tracking, accounts, parent enquiries, visitor records, and overall centre administration while assisting the Centre Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule therapy sessions for children and therapists, handle rescheduling, and maintain updated daily/monthly schedules.
- Track completed, cancelled, missed, and rescheduled sessions, and maintain attendance records for children and therapists.
- Calculate daily session collections, maintain accurate payment records, and prepare end-of-day & month-end reports.
- Attend calls, respond to basic parent enquiries, record follow-ups, and maintain visitor registers.
- Track and manage employee attendance records and assist the Centre Head with operational tasks.
- Manage files, registers, documents, and office records to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Coordinate seamlessly between therapists, parents, and management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar administrative tools.
- Able to maintain accurate records, calculations, and session tracking.
- Patient, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in office administration, clinics, schools, or therapy centres will be an added advantage.
