We are working with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT from BACB) and RBT trainees from the Florida Institute of Tech. Here all trainers and trainees are working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). So, here you can experience evidence-based behavior therapy with experienced trainers.
We focus on parents' ABA training as well. Because every kid is different, their environment too. So, every individual follows specific ABA-based behavior modification protocols.

Susmita Das has been changing lives through Applied Behavior Analysis since 2010. As the founder and Center Head of Happy to Learn Autism in Kolkata, she brings together internationally recognised credentials, deep clinical experience, and a genuine love for the children and families she works with.
Holding the prestigious International Behavior Analyst (IBA) certification from the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO), along with her QASP-S and RBT credentials, Susmita is one of India's most qualified ABA professionals. She specialises in early intervention, behavior modification, parent training, and supervision of therapy teams.
Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every child receives a personalised intervention plan — built on data, delivered with empathy, and reviewed continuously for real results.
