With 14 years of experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and developmental disabilities, Susmita is a seasoned expert in the field. As a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she has honed her skills to deliver personalised interventions tailored to each individual's needs.
Susmita specialises in early intervention, recognising its critical role in shaping outcomes for children. She is adept at implementing evidence-based practices to foster growth and independence from an early age. Additionally, she excels in training and supporting parents — equipping caregivers with the tools they need for effective support at home.
Currently serving as the Head of ABA at the Happy to Learn Autism Therapy Centre in Kolkata, Susmita leads with compassion and dedication.
